Will have to give this a go! I’ve made this recipe at least 5 times for different people. Wanted to reply to say that Ive just kicked out the dairy [in other similar recipes] and it was great. During the last 5 minutes of cooking add the 3 sliced lemons to the grill, turning once or twice. The marinade will go a long way :) It may not be as strong but you can add it ot as much chicken as you need. This really is the best Greek marinade recipe!
